Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Funsine Technology products, software, managed services, and websites. By using our offerings, you agree to these Terms and any supplemental agreements executed with Funsine.

Use of Funsine platforms

You may use Funsine hardware, software, and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the agreed scope outlined in purchase orders, statements of work, or managed services agreements.

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, API keys, and other access methods provided for the Funsine Customer Portal, Nova platform, or managed environments.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in Funsine products and services remain the exclusive property of Funsine Technology or its licensors. No rights are transferred other than those expressly granted in writing.

Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Funsine without obligation, provided they do not disclose your confidential information.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged under non-disclosure agreements or commercial contracts and to use it solely for the intended purpose.

Operational telemetry collected to deliver managed services is handled in accordance with contractual data-processing terms.

Warranties and disclaimers

Funsine warrants that supplied hardware and software will materially conform to published specifications during the warranty period. Detailed warranty terms are provided in individual product agreements.

Except as expressly stated, Funsine disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funsine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Funsine’s aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the products or services giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

Unless otherwise specified in an executed agreement, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes will be resolved through the Shenzhen International Arbitration Court.
